“Something for your Sweetheart – The Gift of Gastronomy” A cooking class to teach attendees how to prepare a four-course meal for their sweetheart on Valentine’s Day. Menu items had to be attainable for the home cook, and the ability to execute the timing successfully is important for a successful experience when they repeat it at home.
