The client is rolling out a new series of products targeted towards more specific markets, and they’re hosting a VIP client reception to make the formal introduction. They are decorating different areas of the office with different themes, and they’d like a finger-friendly menu to match each of the themes.

Do you need an excuse to have a group of friends over for dinner? The hosts are looking for a fancy evening to show off the renovations to their house. Being dessert aficionados, they were excited to add an extra dessert course of small bites to extend their evening together.

“Something for your Sweetheart – The Gift of Gastronomy” A cooking class to teach attendees how to prepare a four-course meal for their sweetheart on Valentine’s Day. Menu items had to be attainable for the home cook, and the ability to execute the timing successfully is important for a successful experience when they repeat it at home.

The couple met over a plate of Chicken and Waffles. They are foodies, and were looking for a slightly more modern approach that wouldn’t alienate their less-adventurous family members and would be upscale enough to match the rest of their wedding plans.

An outdoor meet-and-greet for a gathering of non-profit board members and executives. Hosted right at the start of summer on gorgeous grounds, the host was looking for an upscale picnic-style reception with light fresh flavors.

A summertime open house on a rooftop patio. Prior events by the client in the space had always been a barbecue. This time, they wanted something more creative that would appeal to ‘foodies’ and ‘non-foodies’ alike.

We proposed a station-style layout with different items available at scattered locations throughout the event. Additionally, several were action stations were included to allow attendees to further customize their selections.
